Take an online class and learn something new

Commit yourself to lifelong learning. The most valuable asset you’ll ever have is your mind and what you put into it. – Brian Tracy

I have figured something out. When you pay to take a class to expand your knowledge in a certain area, you are not paying for the knowledge. You are paying for the credit hours. That’s because the knowledge itself is actually free.

Don’t believe me? Then you haven’t seen the Online Education Database.

If you want to learn about a particular subject, there is probably a class that you can take to make that happen. In fact, check out the list of 200 Free Online Classes to Learn Anything. Subject areas include:

– Natural Science
– Math
– Engineering and Computer Science
– Language, Arts and Design
– Health
– Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine
– Law and Politics
– Social Science
– History
– Theology
– Business and Finance
– Family and Education

Each of those areas has multiple courses, so there is almost certainly going to be one that is of interest to you. And they are all free. So put your thinking cap on and get to work!

This week’s video is a young boy who only likes his mother when she gives him cookies. At least he is being honest!
