My policy is:
If I don’t fix it, you don’t pay.

Have you ever wondered:

Why doesn’t my computer work properly?

Why is my computer so frustratingly slow?

Why won’t my computer even boot up?

These are questions I get asked regularly. You probably do pretty much the same things with your computer  every day – you power it up, do your thing such as email or checking certain websites, and everything works great… for a while. Then one morning you see that your PC is taking longer to access your e-mails, or some kind of error keeps coming up, or maybe some other function stops working. It’s stressful, because you don’t know how to fix it.

That’s why I am here with computer repair in Dunedin, Florida. I live in Pinellas county, and I do all of my computer repair work right here in the Tampa Bay area. I have been fixing and upgrading computers for more than 10 years.

I have a couple of major policies that I stick to whenever I am working on a client’s computer:

1. Your data should always be safe. You may have some critical stuff on your computer, such as text documents, prior years’ tax info, photographs of your kids, or a large collection of music files. If you bring your machine to one of those “big box” stores (like Geek Squad), there is a very good chance that you will lose that data. That kind of thing happens all the time, and I have heard from a LOT of computer users that have lost digital pictures – images that can never be replaced.

A situation like that is almost always avoidable, and it just shouldn’t happen. When you contact me for Dunedin, FL computer repair, the first thing I will ask is if your data is already backed up. If you have all the important stuff on a CD, DVD or external drive already, that’s excellent and we can proceed with the necessary repairs. However, most people I talk to don’t have a recent backup (or any backup at all, for that matter), so my first task is to make sure your information is backed up and secure before I even begin working on the computer. Your data is safe.

2. You should get your computer back quickly. Talk to anyone who has taken their broken computer to a Best Buy, CompuUSA or other big store for a repair. It will sit there for weeks. That leaves you without the use of your computer. What if you need it back ASAP?  Do you think they care about that? It just doesn’t make any sense, and there is really no reason for them to tie up your computer for such a long time.

When I do computer repair in Dunedin it is completed in as short amount a time as possible. You obviously want your computer back and operational as quickly as possible. Once I have diagnosed the problem, I will let you know when it will be completed. Often the work is done in only 1-2 days, and in some situations I have completed the repair in the same day. No more worrying about how to get along without a computer for a few weeks!

So, regardless of what problems your computer is having, give me a call and let’s get it working 100% again.
