Getting set up for my Remote Support service is easy.
For Internet Explorer users:
1. Click the Download link below
2. When given the option to Run or Save, Save the file to your desktop
3. Find the new icon on your desktop called “Remote Support” and double click to run it
4. Tell me your ID number, and the 4-digit password
For Firefox users:
1. Click the Download link below
2. Click on “Save file”
3. When the file is finished downloading, right-click on it (in the Downloads window) and choose “Open containing folder”
4. In the new window, find the file called “Remote support” and drag it to your desktop
5. Find the new icon on your desktop called “Remote Support” and double click to run it
6. Tell me your ID number, and the 4-digit password
